The breakfast was decent, and it was convenient to have the option to take it to go. The variety was limited, though. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

The staff didn't provide good customer service, and the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The floor was dirty and the fridge handle was dirty and crusty.

Room not properly cleaned and serviced after the first few days of our stay. Comforter kept coming out of the case, and we didn't know how to fix it.

The double room I stayed in was great - it had climate control and a TV for some entertainment 📺. And guess what? The rate was only $84! The location was convenient, right in the middle of Jackson. Plus, I found out that Zingerman's Bakehouse is just a mile away from here. A perfect spot if you're craving some tasty treats nearby!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pancake maker, it was quite fascinating to watch. The staff, especially the front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
